Upcoming Treks from Pune and Mumbai

I had a free weekend and started looking for treks being organised by various trekking groups. The search went on and on. There were so many trekking groups. The problem was that each of them had various ways of announcing their treks – on blogs, facebook, orkut (!!), mailing lists and so on. There were also friends who had been on treks with groups which didn’t have much of a presence on the net as they operated only through emails. So, this page has been designed to track the various treks being organised so that the interested trekker can have all the options he/she wants for the weekend :-)

    It’s awesome to be part of a trekking group. You get to learn so much through them if you are just starting out. Also, it’s best to travel with people who know what they are doing. Not to mention you get to experience an excursion with people with like minds.
